Rusugolholding LLC owns the Polosukhinskaya Mine and several subsidiaries that provide and support its work.

The Polosukhinskaya mine is a coal mining enterprise in Novokuznetsk, the Kemerovo region. It is the former block No. 1 of the Bolshevik mine and was separated from its composition in February 1985. The Polosukhinskaya mine develops the Baidaevskoye coal deposit located in the northeast of Novokuznetsk.
The mine field consists of two separate areas: the Main field and Antonovskiy-3. The coals produced by the mine are valuable coking coals of types Zh, GZh and are used for direct coking or addition to the charge in mixed coking.
